GS516TP only supports L2 routing and it isn't what we call a managed switch. You may need to configure static routes on your router in order for you to communicate those VLANs as they are working on different router setup or better yet replace the switch with a fully managed switch. How do I configure VLAN Routing on a smart switch? You may still try to test if this will work on your setup.
