GSM7224R small network

You will be better to use VLAN capable router with Layer2 switch that can also do clan
Your ZTE ZXV10W300 is DSL /wireless gateway. If you are using PPPoE, I would put ZTE in bridge mode (consult ISP) and use router like Prosafe FVS318N.
