GSM7248v2h2 stuck while booting, reset not working
Hi everyone,
i am having an issue with a M4100-50G Switch that is not booting correctly.
Before doing a firmware upgrade from 1.0.2.26 --> 1.0.2.30, i copied active image 1 to backup image 2 through GUI and suddenly i started receiving error messages. The switch leds turned to orange and it was stuck. We lost complete access over the switch, CLI via console ports only show black screen, when we restart the switch we get half of a line of output (rectangle caracters) and the it stops. We tried reset, but no success.
Error messages that i remember :
error in Function NetGearGlobalJS_SubmitStart... // User JS Function....
How can you assist resolving the issue ? gaining access or flashing the device..

We do apologize for the inconvenience and I think the switch is already bricked. Please do contact our NETGEAR support and please let them know the status of the switch. Please be ready with a copy of proof of purchase for warranty verification and if the device is still under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.
