GSM7328FS - can't access GUI and CLI stop

Hi,

I have stack with 2 GSM7328FS switches, everything worked fine until today. I tried to login via Web GUI and had message: 404 Not found. So I tried to login over CLI SSH. Login was successful but I had only command prompt with blinking cursor:

(GSM7328FS) > _

I can't write any command.

 

Switch and all stack members works OK (routing, VLANs, etc..). Only CLI and GUI access issue. I don't try connect over console because I don't have physical access to switch.

 

Any ideas what else can I do remotely?

    Kindly ask someone who is on-site to connect a PC/laptop directly to a port of the GSM7328FS that is a member of the Management VLAN.  Then check if he/she can access the web-GUI.
