GSM7724 some of the switches are connecting?

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I have a Prosafe GSM7224P for my business however i attached a external firewall to it and discconnected it due to a IP address issue within it, now i reconnected it directly to my router. Now unfortunately some of my switches work perfectly and some do not, I am not technically advanced to understand what i need to do and i am looking for some help on the best course of action? thank you&nbsp;

Kindly check the IP address of your switches as it may have a conflict to each other or better yet, reset it to factory default via console then reconnect it to the firewall.

Not your mistake&nbsp;Mrgoldfish&nbsp;- the forum structure is not very transparent, intrusve graphics design took over the well hidden structure.&nbsp;Appears the moderator has already moved it. Thank you&nbsp;JohnC_V!
