Letter of Volatility Request for M4100-50G

Hello, I would like to request a Letter of Volatility for M4100-50G.  Attaching a sample LOV for the information company is requesting.  Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

Thank you for the response, but wonering why the actual document has a different model number than what was requested? Requested M4100-50G but the PDF says GSM7248v2? Need the letter of voltatilty to specifically say M4100-50G. Thanks.

M4100-50G is the product number and the GSM7248 is the ordering number. Please check our website for more information.

    Would it be possible to have the LOV specifically say the model number instead of the ordering number? Only asking because customer is very picky about his.  Apologize for inconvenience.
