Looking for a fanless 5 or 8 port switch with L2, Qos, VLAN PoE optional (managed or unmanaged)

I have reviewed Netgear selection list and searched the web. I am looking for a fanless switch the has L2, QoS, & VLAN. I looked at the unmanaged switched but the producted spec do not list L2, QoS, Or VLAN. However, they are fanless. I like the GS108PEV3 but have been told it is noisy and not noisy? (I guess this might depend on how where it is located).
What about a GSS108E? no fanless but what about L2/QoS/VLAN -- no PoE?
Does anyone have experience with Nighthawk S8000? <--- it looks like it has what I want but odd shape.
( I do not use windows or mac)
- Can I setup the S8000 using 192.168.1.239 address from a browser? Or
- How can I setup the switch using only a browser?
Any recommendation or suggestion would be great. I am just worried about the fan noise.

S8000 or SX10 can be managed by Web browser (mobile and desktop).
Most GbE Smart Managed Plus (except of the JGS524PE) are fanless.
The 8- and 10-port Smart Managed Pro in the "flat enclosure" are fanless, too.
Most ot the S350 Smart Managed Pro are also fanless (except of the GS324TP and the GS348T).

The GS108PE has no fan, too - so what noise?
Again (didn't we had this before?), do you need PoE ... and _if_ you need PoE, what stnadnard, how many PoE ports, what total power, ...? The more ports, tha more power, the more likley are fans.
