M4100-26G-POE - recurring overload fault on ports 17 - 24

I sold my M4100-26G-POE because I needed a working switch.
I am having the exact same issue, except my ports are.1-4, 17-24 good,
ports 5-16 are constantly shutting down. I have a Polycom soundpoint ip 320 and a polycom soundstation ip 6000. No I am guessing bad switch.
