M4300 - Can't ping other devices

I've been trying to set up what I thought was a simple isolated redudant iSCSI network, but I've tried for hours to get things to work and making zero progress. I've tried using only layer 2 or with layer 3 but neither works. I can't ping any of the servers connected directly to the switch (pinging from the switch) despite link lights on all devices. Connecting to the iSCSI target from the host fails so some kind of connection issue. I'm assuming I'm missing something really stupid, as this seems like a simple setup. But my switch knowledge is not the greatest. Hoping someone here can guide me in the right direction...

Switch 1 (M4300 8x8F)

VLAN 1 (management) 192.168.1.8 / 255.255.255.0

Ports 15-16

VLAN 10 (iSCSI) 10.0.10.1 / 255.255.255.0

Ports 1-14:
storm-control unicast
bandwidth 10000000
mtu 9000
switchport access vlan 10
vlan pvid 10
vlan acceptframe vlanonly
vlan participation exclude 1
vlan participation include 10
ip mtu 9000
flowcontrol symmetric
exit

Switch 2 (M4300 8x8F)

VLAN 1 (management) 192.168.1.9 / 255.255.255.0

Ports 15-16

VLAN 20 (iSCSI) 10.0.20.1 / 255.255.255.0

Ports 1-14:
storm-control unicast
bandwidth 10000000
mtu 9000
switchport access vlan 20
vlan pvid 20
vlan acceptframe vlanonly
vlan participation exclude 1
vlan participation include 20
ip mtu 9000
flowcontrol symmetric
exit

Storage Server (2 NIC)

IP: 10.0.10.10 (connected to switch 1 / port 1)

IP: 10.0.20.10 (connected to switch 2 / port 1)

ESXi Host 1 (4 NIC)

IP: 10.0.10.100 (connected to switch 1 / port 9)
IP: 10.0.20.100 (connected to switch 2 / port 9)

Other 2 NIC are connected to LAN

ESXi Host 2 (4 NIC)

IP: 10.0.10.101 (connected to switch 1 / port 10)
IP: 10.0.20.101 (connected to switch 2 / port 10)
Other 2 NIC are connected to LAN

I don't think I configured my storage or ESXi hosts incorrectly but I suppose they could be the culprits too. It's just very odd none of the devices can ping each other and I can't ping any of the devices from the switch. The 2 switches don't need to talk to each other or the LAN, they only need to talk to the devices on the same switch / VLAN. I've updated to the latest firmware. (12.0.13.7) Attached current config from Switch 1. (PDF format since txt was not supported)

Thank you,
Amber
