M4300-24X24F Simplex SFP not working

I got new FS Simplex SFPs. I tried them in the Switch but they didn´t worked at first.
I checked the port configuration again to recognize that the port-speed is configured for 10G, when I change it to 1000 the link comes up.
When I change the SFP it falls back too 10G. I think the switch identify it as an 10G SFP and change the port automatically to 10G even if it is set to 1000 by hand.
I tryed several versions (12.0.6.7, 12.0.7.15, 12.0.8.15 and 12.0.9.3) now. No version accepted the SFPs.
I will get some FS SFPs and try to get a link with them.
Which makes me wonder is that the SFPs are Working fine in an M4300-96x but not in an M4300-12X12F or M4300-24X24F.
Maybe I will open a support case too.
