M4300-8X8F uplink to Aruba switch

We have two M4300-8X8F switches in a stack that have one port each connected to an Aruba switch.   Both uplink ports got disabled on the Netgear switches after an STP storm from the Aruba switch.   How should I configure the uplink ports on the Netgear switch for the Aruba?   They are not in a LAG, but I don't think that is the issue.

    tjgray,

    Welcome to the community!

Is the Aruba switch a managed switch or an unmanaged switch?

If it's managed, please check if it has STP enabled.

Lastly, given that these M4300 switches are configured in a stack in which they are treated as a single entity,  you could try connecting just one uplink to the Aruba switch but if that's not an option, then configuring LAG (if the Aruba switch is managed) would be your next option.
