Sigh, yes, two M4300-96X enclosures, but both can be configured into a single stack of course. LaurentMa can you confirm this svp.?

Sure thing, the M4300-96X can be stacked as any other M4300 switch (max. 8 switches in one stack). Stacking is possible when converting the 10G ports and/or the 40G ports into Stack ports. Up to 16 ports per switch can be used as Stack ports, but only 10G ports and 40G ports.
Two M4300-96X switches can be paired in a stack, yes. Important consideration is the stacking interconnect (how much bandwidth will need to traverse the stack). To get 80 ports delivering PoE+, a stack of two M4300-96X is elegant solution.
