M4300 Connection Issue
Good Afternoon,
Been having an on going issue at one of my customer sites.
The problem i am having is devices loosing connection to the internet. I have found initially that the only way to fix it was to perform a "clear arp-cache" So i thought that manually adding them in would solve the problem. I have found that unplugging the ethernet cable and plugging it back in seems to fix the issue? But only for a short duration few hours to minutes
I have approx 40 total devices with only 5 of them requiring internet connection. I have found that once the internet drops off a device i am unable to ping it from the switch via CLI.
The router we have onsite is a cisco 2901 configured and talking to the internet ( I'm able to ping google etc )
Any help is appreciated
I have manually added ARP Entries into the switch
I am unable to ping the relevant devices from the switch.
I have upgraded to the latest firmware.
I will attach a running config file.

Hi Nick_honeywell ,
Welcome to community,
I noticed bridge aging-time was "10 " in your "config" file and arp aging time was "1200" by default in M4300,
the mac aging-time was too small, could you please set “bridge aging time” to default (300 sec)?
BTW: please provide your switch "tech support" file and router confgiuration if the problem was re-created, it will be very helpful.
