Hi, We have 4 pcs M4300 XSM4324CS-100NES and 6 pcs XSM4348S-100NES. 2 months after setting all them up they have started to restart without any reason and we have upgraded the firmware to 12.0.2....

Hi TheBee,
I suggest you to update the firmware of your M4300 switch stack to the latest version which is v12.0.2.20. Be reminded that its best to perform a factory reset after upgrading the firmware then reconfigure the settings from scratch in order to start clean using the latest firmware version. Then, observe if the same issues occur on your M4300 switches.
As per release notes of the firmware v12.0.2.20, it fixes the following:
- Packet loss/ Connection drops due to "Timeout to CPU" and "Out of memory" errors.
- M4300 switch rebooted itself without any reason
- DUT lost PBR configuration and hung-up when executing 'clear arp-cache' command on console port.
- M4300-28G crashed with Task Name=lldpTask.
- Switch reboots randomly when routing VLAN is flapping.
- XSM4348S -Netbridge-1G SFP down when master switch changed to M4300-24X24F.
- PXE cannot be used with host that used LACP LAG.
- PVST doesn't work until disable/enable on M4300.
You can download the latest firmware v12.0.2.20 here.
