M4300 in stack after power cut not bringing up ports on switch one in LAG

Hope someone can help me out.

I have 2 m4300-12x12f in stack. 

It was working great no problems at all. 

Port 1/0/13 and port 2/0/13 lag configuration Hash mode 3 both ports Active.

While working late switch one got a power cut, no worry on the network site all traffic will go over switch 2 just wait until switch one will get back online.

 Only it took ages to get back online hooked up a console cable and it looked it was broken, only had two options none of them did anything. 

I decided to reboot it again, still noting, thought is was better to get some sleep first and look at it the next day.

Next day both switches where back online and in stack.

Looking at the stack information the strangeting was Switch number one was online 4 hours longer that switch 2.

Only switch 2 did not had a power cut.

Investigating further only port from switch 2 are active in a Lag groep

Added a Test server connected it to switch one, my laptop to switch two, they can communicate.

When creating a new lag interface always switch port on switch one will not get active.

Disconnecting port on switch 2, link in switch one will not go active.

I am out of option right now hope someone as a eureka moment 😉
