I happen to have a stack of 2x GSM4352PB (same but with 1kW PSUs) and had them upgraded to 12.0.9.3 roughly 3 weeks ago after testing that release on a unstacked M4300 here for maybe 2 weeks before updating that stack. I don't see log messages like yours neither in the buffer log nor on the syslog server for that stack.
Is your stack using 2 identical GSM4352P switches or are you mixing models? I'd open a case with Netgear so their engineering can take a look at this. They will likely be interested in the logs etc.
Obviously I'll keep an eye on the logs on my end and would definitely appreciate if you could share an update whenever you have and update. :-)
