M4300 tasks running

Hello, I recently swapped a M4100 switch for a M4300, which offers better performance. Could anyone tell me what is the umWorkerTask showed in the "CPU Status" panel? What's the meaning of a high percentage associated with the process?

More generally there's a document available which clearly states what the processes are and what they do?
