MS305 takes 20-seconds to boot?

While launched mid November 2022, the mass volume market availability had not started a long time ago. These newer MultiGig switches are not yet introduced to the community system apparently.

While this reads long, especially when coming from the unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet devices: Does this cause any problems?

Probably yes. I must admit not having hands-on experience on the unmanaged MS305 and MS108 but used to the similar MS108EUP, where the cold boot of the attached PoE++ AP. The uninterrupted Uninterrupted PoE feature does allow to keep PoE devices powered on even when soft rebooting the switch.
