NMS300 Dashboard - Not showing Switch Information

Hello Community,

A few weeks ago, I updated our instance of NMS300 to version 1.7.0.12 but since then, none of the device data has been showing on the dashboard. This includes info such as; CPU, Alarms, Traffic and Errors. Even when drilling down into a specific device, the only data that loads is the Bandwidth Monitor. Everything else simply says "No data to display!"

The release notes for this version does state the below known issue: 

• The Device dashboard doesn't display all Smart Switch temperature, CPU, and memory information.

 Does anyone know if there are plans to resolve this or if there is a workaround?

I have the  software installed on a virtual client running Windows Server 2016 Standard.
