packet loss to m4300-24x24f

Precious NETGEAR engineers. I am a network engineer in Korea. I have one issue and I have a question. The m4300-24x24f model is in use. The cisco 9407 uplink is m4300-24x24f. attempt to repeat 1000 from 9407 to m4300-24x24f, the five pings will be lost. And connected my laptop to 9407 and try ping -l 65500 to m4300-24x24f, can not send ping. I also replaced gbic and tried to move the port. It was full duplex and speed was no problem. I think it is a defect in m4300-24x24f.
I tried ping -l 65500 by connecting my laptop directly to the m4300, but the direct connection did not receive a response either.
. What do you think?

I inquired your case and it seems that they may need more information about your concern. May I know what seems to be the meaning of "attempt to repeat 1000 from 9407"? Please open a ticket on NETGEAR Support and be ready with the tech support files and logs from the switch to further check what seems to be going on in your network.
