Product Registration Proof of Purchase
We recently purchased a GS752TPV2 switch and registered it. It shows up in the "My Registered Products" list. We received an email that says: "Please upload proof of purchase and a picture of your p...
When your logged into your mynetgear. click on the device product info. then click on the +support documents (in blue).
It'll take you to a page to upload the receipt to.
Thank you for the response. OK, I can understand that. We bought it from Amazon. We had to get a switch in a hurry because one of the ones in our office failed. I assume they're authorized.
However, as I noted in my original post, I still don't see where to do this in the page where it shows the registered products. There's no link or menu item or button that I can see where this information can be provided.
