Product registration for XS708E
Hi Netgear support team,
I was trying to register for my XS708E. However, when I keyed in my serial no. it says that the switch has already been registered. Why? Am I getting something that has been returned to Amazon and resold to me?
How will I be getting my support on this product in future?

I have moved your post out of the ReadyNAS section to here. The XS708E is not a ReadyNAS, it is a switch.
It could well be that you bought an Amazon return if you bought it from there.
The warranty is for the original purchaser only when purchasing from an authorised reseller. If Amazon sold you a second hand unit as new you should take that up with them.
