Thanks for your reply - agreed. We've bought two of these switches and neither has included rails or a mount kit. The installtion manual indicates that mounting them is possible, but does not include any part numbers or kits that must be purchased separately.
Be aware these rails are not slide-out rails - just support to a middle or rear 19" mount.
LaurentMa Is the assumption correct the rack mount kits is coming with the M4300-96X?
The two switches were bought aftermarket/refurbished. It's entirely possible that initially they included the rack mounts, but when we bought them they were no longer there. There must be an equivalent part that can be used however.
