Switch getting error on Uplink port

Hi  Guys,     when I look at port status im getting a lot of errors on packets received with errors also collision frame on my unlink port.   What's casuing this issue    Also I would like to ...

    Hi John1414,

     

    I suggest to perform the factory reset after each upgrade to have the switch start fresh with the new firmware as well as to check if it boots up fine after updating the firmware.
