Switch no longer working after being unplugged and then plugged back in
My xs724em quit working after I unplugged the power strip it was connected to then immediately plugged it back in. All status lights have are off on all ports including the internet.
Try a different power strip or direct into a wall outlet?
Factory reset the switch?
How long have you had the unit for?
- Tried both of those things actually. The unit is powered on as the power light is on. No other status lights are on and the individual ports. Unit has been operating for about three months now.
I'd make contact with NG support and see what options are open to you.
Seems like the unit is in some bad state or has failed.
