TiVo Roamio Pro falling off network

I have a TiVo Roamio connected to a GS724Tv4. About once every 1-3 months, the Netgear switch shuts off the power to the port that the TiVo is connected to. Restarting the switch solves the problem. ...

Just part of our workaround, you may try to reset it to factory default. Do you have any configurations done on the switch?
