XS708E and wake-on=lan WOL
I just got a ProSafe XS708E switch installed. I have a couple of workstations connected to the switch but I can't get wake-on-lan to wake up these two workstations. Sending a WOL magic packet fro...
This is an XS708E-100NES North America.
Firmware version is 1.00.12
I don't really need many management features for this switch, just really need to figure out why the wake-on-lan is not being sent from the switch to directly connected devices.
Please keep in mind I'm -not- Netgear.
Sid that, a moderator Netgear Support must carry this issue forward to Netgear Switch engineering. Cumbersome is that most of these switches are EoL and it's very unlikely any QA or engineering efforts will be spent.
Last time I was using these models was about 10 years ago and long before the Beta phase was finished.
