A question about the Ethernet switch
I was thinking of adding wiring at least 4 Cat 7 Ethernet ports beside every outlet at least one per room, that I could think of where be a need for a wired Internet. Then all of those could be plugged in a Switch somewhere on our attic.
Do you think using a Wall Mounted Ethernet switch, like KSZ8895MQXIA, so you don't need to run the whole Device to attic Ethernet cable directly an efficient way to do it? Also will Ethernet ports degrade speeds vs direct Ethernet to Ethernet ports on Switch?

It's a good plan to install plenty of direct network cables into every room. Think about operating a wireless access points (decent AP require 2.5 GB/s Ethernet, PoE+/PoE++ requires a direct dedicated cable), about Network Storage (NAS) with MultiGig 2.5/5G or 10G, about 1G or 10G Internet Connectivity, ....
Of course you can always add local switche(s) in a room, the total bandwidth will be limited to the uplink speed.
No sure what you intend to reach with the referred 10/100M switch platform however.

Judging by my own experience, a single jack of CAT6 on 2 opposite walls of each room is more than enough in the minority of cases. And, not only the rooms you think you need it in. When I planned my ethernet wiring I made a mistake not putting any jacks in the hallways for access points and the outside of house for surveillance cameras. Of course, you need an aggregation point, but an attic is the worst place for it in the most cases because it is usually very hot there in the summer. Having a couple of switches with 10G links in-between is a pretty good alternative where the distance is an issue. Make a list of all devices you are going to use internally and their network requirements as well as the Internet connection you are willing to pay for! Then, do the math and create a plan. Of course, if it does not cost too much money or too much effort to get something better, go for it.
