Attempting to update firmware

Hi,

I have looked through the documentation and when I attempt to follow the steps to update the firmware I am struggling at the point of accessing maintenance/download/tftp file download. Under file type dropdown I am expecting to see firmware but am only seeing the following options... Code, Text configuration and 4 SSL options.

Firmware is currently on 5.0.2.33

The option "Code" is the firmwre option, so select that one.

Perhaps it will be easier for you use the HTTP File Download option.

  I get the same lack of firmware option under the file type for http as well?.

    You don't see a "Select File" option?
