Buying spare parts for the MS510TX series switches
I have 2 multigig switches; A MS510TX and a MS510TXPP. The fans in both are noisy. I've cleaned them, but I fear they have just worn out. Can I buy replacement fans for them? Does anyone know the ...

As these switches are coming with limited lifetime warranty, head to https://my.netgear.com/ , select the switch and serial number, view the details, and follow the [Request Hardware Support] process.
Should you have acquired your switches on the second hand channel, challenge Netgear Customer Service via https://my.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx
Depending on market and location, you will offered different choices. I'd suggest to select Business because your switches are SMB products. Before calling (and get a phone number) you need to briefly describe your request, similar as you have done on the community.
Keep in mind live services are expensive, so availability might not be available 24*7 everywhere.
Last option when it comes to out-of-service, unregistered, hardware, several sellers are offering fans e.g. on A*****, eB**, ...
Keep in mind shipping to the Netgear logistics does also causing costs for you as the sender.
Hope one of these makes a cost-effective solution for you.

I purchased the switches new from an authorized reseller.
I'm in Australia.
my.netgear.com stops with an error "The page isn't redirecting properly".

So all the rights on our side, convinced Netgear will accept the hardware warranty claim.
Start with clearing the cache from your Web browser, e.g. on Chrome desktop browsers: Clear cache & cookies

From the US, postage was twice the cost of the fan, making the total A$110. lol.
