Can bootloader be updated? Netgear Switches

Hi,   I have multiple GS108Ev3 switches that have different bootloader versions. How can I update them all to the latest?   I also have a GS110EMX switch and a XS716T switch that I would like to ...

Are you actually trying to fox some problem or are you just concerned about bootloader versions?

No, to my knowledge, you can't update the bootloader on switches.

    Hi, not concerned. Just wanting to use latest version and found it odd that the same model switches use different versions and saw no way to update them.
