Cannot Access Admin Page on GS308EPP

Update: Tried accessing it from my phone it all works as expected. Still no joy from the laptop so I assume there's something about it Windows Firewall doesn't like.
Currently I assume the switch does not handle parallel requests that well. Desktop browsers request more aggressively than mobile browsers. For me it is better on my mobile, but not good. On the desktop it sometimes works. I still need a persistent way to use it.
The tiny 8051 class uC isn't the most performant system. Among with the Web UI it also has some more jobs, eg monitoring all the data flowing through the switch for dealing with the ICMP Multicast port controls.
What can happen indeed is that the additional CSS files are sometimes not delivered in time to web browsers aggressively requesting additional data. Some Web browser have some controls on board to be less aggressive - this might be different depending on the browser used.
