Cannot create backup from NETGEAR GS724T configuration.

Hello, I cannot create backup from NETGEAR GS724T configuration. Get an error Can anyone help please? Thanks

I found a way to fix the issue. I had to use old versions of Internet Explorer to be able to do that.

Rostam,

Just want to follow-up on this. Kindly try to update the firmware of your GS724TS to the latest version in a ladderized manner. First, update the firmware from v5.1.0.2 to v5.2.0.5. Then, update the firmware from v5.2.0.5 to v5.2.0.8 and so on until you update to the latest version which is v5.2.0.11. Then check if you can now create a backup of the configuration.

I found a way to fix the issue. I had to use old versions of Internet Explorer to be able to do that.

  This helped to backup and install the current firmware finally - which allows to backup using current browser then again?
