Cannot Download Config for GS728TP

Welcome to the community! :)

Let us try to use Incognito Mode in Google Chrome. Then, login again to the web-GUI of your GS728TP and go to Maintenance > Upload > HTTP File Upload then try to download the config file again.

Thanks for the reply! I tried it in incognito mode and the download still failed. :(

  Let us try the steps below:
  
  1. Disconnect the GS728TP from your existing network. If the GS728TP is set as DHCP client, it should go back to its default IP address which 192.168.0.239.
  
  2. Connect a PC directly to the GS728TP. You will need to set a static IP Address like 192.168.0.210 to access the switch.
  
  3. Access the web-GUI and try again to download the config file.
  
  What is the current firmware version of the GS728TP?
