Cannot Download Config for GS728TP
I am unable to download the config file for our GS728TP switches. I have tried on multiple computers and multiple browsers. Every time, I get an error on the download file "network error". I am conn...
Thanks for the reply! I tried it in incognito mode and the download still failed. :(
Let us try the steps below:
1. Disconnect the GS728TP from your existing network. If the GS728TP is set as DHCP client, it should go back to its default IP address which 192.168.0.239.
2. Connect a PC directly to the GS728TP. You will need to set a static IP Address like 192.168.0.210 to access the switch.
3. Access the web-GUI and try again to download the config file.
