Can't register gs308e
I am trying to register my gs308e but the website won't accept my serial number. The first 16 characters are entered just fine but mysterious models serial number is 19 characters so I can't register it.
What do I do now?

That is bizarre, we haven't shipped any product with serial number of 19 characters.
Can you private message me a photo shot of the serial number label?
