Connecting EVO Servers to XS712T Switch

Trying to set up the XS712T with two EVO servers going into a 10Gbs Ethernet port on MacBook Pro.  I can access the Netgear web management (the switch discovery toll can't seem to find it).  The cables are hooked in correctly, and everything is green on the ports.  I can see one of the servers in the Network list, but when I try to log onto it, it says 'This file server will not allow any additional users to log on."  The other server doesn't even show up in the list.  Am I doing something wrong with the setup of these servers?  I am not an IT guy, so any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks

Challenge  Studio Network Solutions (SNS) , the makers of these EVO Servers. A Switch alone can't limit the amount of concurrent  file access. Potentially you have multiple network channels open from your Mac's to the EVO Server.
