Dynamic VLAN assignment doesn't work GS724Tv4

I have a problem with dynamic VLAN assignment with MAC Based port setting.
Switch GS724Tv4.
There is Initialize status without log entries (Informational) on port, no reporting to RADIUS server. After timeout there is:
"DOT1X[-1248657876]: dot1x_control.c(3889) 299 %% Supplicant MacAddress [f4: 3:43:*:*:*] on lIntIfNum:912 gets Authenticated on Guest Mode VLAN[60] due to Guest VLAN Timer expiry"

Looks like a bug with MAC address attribute, always missing first 0 occurence.
For above MAC should be [f4:03:43:*:*:*]
Doesn't work on version 6.3.1.43, neither on 6.3.1.47 after upgrade.
802.1X never wasn't tested or used before version 6.3.1.43.
I would like send a bug report but... chat is always occupied.

The VLAN 60 is defined in Switching -> VLAN as a static VLAN?

yes, VLAN 60 is defined manually in configuration.
It looks like switch doesn't communicate with RADIUS server, doesn't get any reply and put port to defined guest VLAN 60.

How is RADIUS involved here, this is pure local isn't it?
