Let us try this. Upgrade the firmware of your GS724TPv2 in a ladderized manner. Upgrade the firmware from v1.1.1.10 to v1.1.1.13, then from v1.1.13 to v1.1.1.25 and so on until you reached the latest firmware v2.0.6.3.
