Firmware Update
New here. Need assistance/instructions to update our switch's firmware. GS724Tv4 ProSafe 24-port Gigabit Ethernet Smart Switch, 6.3.1.19, B1.0.0.4
Have tried several times to update the firmware on my GS724Tv4 using the SmartControlCenter using gs7xxt-v6.3.1.43.stk. Every time the task times out. I try running the download immediately, and also at a future time when the system is less used, but in any event the task will timeout.
Any suggestions?
Use a web browser, access the switch by http://[switch-lan-ip-address/ and authenticate using the admin password.

Scratch the legacy SCC utility - it does switch to some tftp upload process, and decent Windows systems might not allow this process.
