Get data from Switch GS724Tv4
Hello guys,
I am working with Managed switches GS724Tv4 and I am willing to extract data such as Address table, ARP table and LDDP neighbors from switches to analyze them.
I have think of multiple possibilities such as API, Telnet and SSH, or SNMP.
My first problem was that it seems switch GS724Tv4 doesnt provide any API despite aving a web interface. I have looked in documentation and havent find anything. Tell me if I am wrong and that there is a way.
Secondly, I have tried SNMP but I havent find a way to get Address table or ARP table. Again, you can tell me if I am wrong.
Lastly, I have looked into telnet but it seems Managed switches are not made to work with telnet.
I will be thankful for any tips regarding my problem of extracting data from the switch. Thank you.

There are not managed switches - much more so called Smart Managed Switches, read Web UI and SNMP only. That's why there is nothing API or CLI (telnet or ssh) related on the documentation.
All the Web managed Smart Managed Pro have a Remote Diagnostics option - this enables a telnet cli access on port 60000 for Netgear tech support only. Completely unsupported, probably risks involved - so you are fully on you own.
