I"ve seen chrome do odd things. Why I don't use it for any network device management processing. Especially FW updates.
I recently got a couple of GS108Ts in. Use same mangement SW. Though I also use Windows10. Haven't see this issue yet. I'll check Windows 11 soon.
Can you access the switchs web page directly using the IP address of the switch in a web browser?

This phenomenon only occurred on one computer (Win 11). When I tried to do the same using another computer(win10) which also connects to the switch, the admin page operated normally. I am not sure if this is caused by a virus or something else. Can you please help me find a solution?

The NETGEAR Switch Discovery Tool (NSDT) does - when clicking on the [Admin Page] button - call the defined system default Web browser, and opens the LAN switch IP address.
I can also get to the switch web page directly with it's IP address with out the SW.
