Exact model of the APs and the power injectors please.
Be aware that by far not all Ubiquity APs are supporting industry standard IEEE 802.3af - many are only offering passive 24V DC power over the network, carrier devices passive 48V DC power (and few exotics 15V passive, 25V passive, 50V passive DC) over the network cable (Note: I avoid designating these as PoE because of the non-standard implementaitons!), and high end devices require IEEE 802.3at or IEEE 802.3bt PoE.
Note: None of UI's PoE Adapters/Injectors are IEEE PoE compliant!
As per the data sheet, the GS108PE does have four IEEE 802.3af PoE ports, and a max power availability of 53 W only. If connecting Class 0 or Class 1 devices, each port gets a reservation of 15.4W on the PSE side (the Power Sourcing Device, here the switch), this means that the fourth port will not be able to power a CLass 0 or Class 1 PoE device anymore - because of the power budget is not sufficient. The simple math 4x 9 W == 36 W does not apply to IEEE standard compliant PoE.
