Hello,
i use the Switch to power my NDI Cameras and connect a Tricaster mini.
I have to set this options for the network:
-IGMP Snooping Disabled (Unless using multicast)
-Packet Sniffing Disabled
-QOS (Quality of Service) /COS Disabled
-Jumbo Frames Disabled
-Router/Switch Firewall Disabled
-EEE (Energy-Efficient Ethernet) Disabled
-Flow Control - Enabled
but i can`t find some of this options. How can i disable QOS, disable Jumbo Frames.

There is no QoS on this switch class.
Nothing to disable when it comes to JumboFrames: No JumboFrames in, No JumboFrames out. Nothing a L2 switch could actively do as it's not involved in routing, so it won't deal with the Path MTU Discovery.
No idea what is getting you to the point of "...you have to set..." - the basic NDI requirements are attached FYI.
