GS110TPv3 time schedule still not working after firmware upgrade 7.0.4.8

Yes, have done that many times. I even tried to find a workaround, unfortunately no configuration will make the "day hop" schedule work.

    Time zone er all is correct for your location?

    Reads to me like an issue to be escalated via support to engineering.
