GS308T Issue to create VLAN via GUI
I am sure I miss something but I am not even able to simply create / declare a VLAN. Here are my steps also illustrated with an image : 1) I enable VLAN Assignment Mode in Security - Port Authen...
Ok so, what is a workaround for that is using a numerical keypad.
The field VLAN ID does not accept other input, I tested on another machine with external keyboard and there the numerical keypad is recognized but using regular numerical keys does not work either.

Hello, unfortunately I am out of support on this product.
I use firefox and tried on safari as well, being on macOS 13.4.1.
It is not that the VLAN ID field rejects the input with any error, it has the following behavior :
- type alphabetical character (A to Z on keyboard) : character does not appear, seems logic that the ID does not accept these characters
- type numerical character (1 to 0 on keyboard) : character appears not capitalized, as you would see it without the shift key pressed, e.g. 1 is &, 2 is é, ...then dissapear when key is unpressed
VLAN Name field has no issue at all, or other fields in other forms.
I will continue looking at it...I am more looking at the field / form itself.
