GS716T Telnet command to connect to another network from a PC.
My PC is connected to Netgear GS716T switch. There is a LAN cable connection my PC and GS716T port 2. I can ping the GS716T from the PC. The GS716T is connected to another network Switch2 port 6. I want to check the ethernet connection link between PC and the Switch2 port 6 via GS716T. How can I do it using telnet from PC? isthere a telnet command? should i do any config changes?.

I can successfully start telnet session from PC to GS716T switch, but I want to kbow how to connect second network via Switch2.

Very thin details, please elaborate more. Why do you state that "other" switch is on another network, while it's physically connected? Another network could mean another IP network, another IP subnet, another VLAN (or all of these).

Other Switch2 has different IP address 10.x.x.x. Subnet 255.255.255.0
