GS716T with AGM732F SFP - SFP Connection Not Visible
We recently had a need to install a single mode fiber connection into this switch. So we added an AGM732F module to interface 17. The SFP shows that it is powered on, and the activity light on port 17 is green. But I cannot see the new interface in the switch UI.
Firmware version is 5.0.2.16.
The switch was rebooted two days ago, no change in status of the SFP interface.
Did I miss something when adding this SFP module?

Looking up via https://www.netgear.com/support/product/gs716tv2#download -> View Previous Versions, the GS716T operating on Firmware version 5.0.2.16 this is apparently a v2 hardware version ... and it certainly requires a firmware update for a longer time. 8-)
Please carefully browse over the releases shown for any potentially required special update handling.
So it turns out that it might be a "v1" model switch. After the firmware upgrade was completed I still couldn't find the SFP/Fiber interface. I had someone at the datacenter take a picture, and our model of this switch actually has shared SFP ports on 15 and 16. That was the actual issue. All of the documentation I could find showed the SFPs as 17 and 18.
