GS716Tv2 no connection

I tried to upgrade my Network with my old GS716Tv2.

If i plug in any ethernet port it wont show me any light on, just the power led is light in orange.

If plugged into a pc (known good port) it shows 150 (and rising) packets sent and 0 recived. (set to 192.168.0.60)

Powerbutton works and shows me all LEDs at once

Factory reset Button does nothing to the LEDs

    Based from what you have described on your initial post, it seems that the GS716Tv2 has a faulty hardware.  I suggest you to open a chat or online support ticket with NETGEAR Support here at anytime.  Be sure to attach a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of the GS716Tv2 for warranty verification.  If the hardware warranty is still valid, an online replacement will follow.
