GS724T model version for firmware upgrade
Please help id the correct model (photo attached) of this Netgear GS724T for firmware upgrade.

I checked the serial number and the switch model you have is GS724Tv2. The latest firmware version that was last released for the GS724Tv2 is v1.0.3_35.
Since you wanted to update the firmware to the latest version, I advised you to do it in a ladderized manner. For example, update the firmware from v1.0.2 to v1.0.3_30. Then, from v1.0.3_30 to v1.0.3_33 and so on until you reach to the latest firmware v1.0.3_35. Be sure to perform a factory reset on the GS724Tv2 switch after upgrading the firmware to the latest version then reconfigure the settings from scratch in order to start clean using the latest firmware version.
